    This is an early 1800s free blown teardrop shape nursing bottle with snapped off pontil....applied ring around the opening ...crude applied finial with sharp ring on top....8 3/4"long...Excellent shiny nice condition with no chips or damage. Sparkling clean with no haze. This was one of the first type of infant nursing bottles that were made and was hand blown in the 1810-1830s period.
