1840s OPEN PONTIL COLOGNE BOTTLE EMB FLOWERS ON FRONT &BACK RIBBED SIDES SHINY

Description

This is an early pontiled cologne bottle from the 1840s with bold embossed flowers on front and back of bottle. The front also has a blank label space on lower half.....ribbed corrugated sides....Open pontil....thin flared lip...aqua...unique shaped with hollow footed base....4 3/8"tall....Shiny nice but has a couple chips on the underside/edge of lip; no other damage. A shiny clean attic bottle with no haze.... This fancy style of early pontiled cologne bottle is getting harder to find and more desirable by collectors
