    Here's an early pontiled wheel cut Bay Rum barber bottle from the 1870s with cut thumbprint pattern around shoulder and cut panels around base....

    in ornate Gothic wheel cut letters on front inside a wheel engraved wreath with floral pattern, wreaths & vines around bottle....Hand blown with ground polished pontil bottom....polished ring lip....clear....round....7 1/2"tall (8 3/4"with stopper)....The glass stopper has cut faceted pattern. It fits snug, but seats low in the neck...Sparkling nice condition with no chips or damage. A nice clean bottle with only a slight ring of content haze in very bottom
