Dated NORTH AFRICAN / MIDDLE EASTERN DAGGER-CLIP PIN SOUVENIR
This souvenir clip pin has no maker name or stamp on it.
Size overall is 2-1/4" long x 1/2" wide.  Size of the blade is 1-1/4"long, handle is 1" long.
The chain length is 2-1/2" long.  Clip length is 2" long.
Beautifully done, with a painted 1945 on the handle and other decorating by a dark pen.
