    Description

    Here is a small approximately 2 oz. antique glass bottle from Major's Cement 232 Wm. St. NY. City. this diminutive clear glass bottle bottle is embossed vertically with "MAJOR'S LEATHER CEMENT NEW YORK" and was made from a press and blow mold with small sunken slug base. this old bottle circa 1890-1910 has it's original cork still intact. there are some small air bubbles in glass. bottle has fine whittle marks from wood molds. embossed letters are near perfect with no damage. cork has a very small tight shallow hairline in top only. there is a small piece of dried up leather cement in bottom of bottle that can be moved around as it is not stuck to base. has some tiny flecks of brown on inside glass. bottle stands approximately 3 1/8" to top of cork. and 2 7/8" to top of glass. bottom base is sunken and is 1 3/16" across. please view all pics.
