Up for auction is this Very Nice Antique Persian Silver Decanter. I believe this is circa 19th to early 20th century. Measures 10 1/4" tall. Weighs 538 grams. There is a very small & shallow dent above the foot(see pic 10). Otherwise excellent condition with original patina throughout. I cannot find any maker's marks. I believe this .800 to .900 solid silver. I did a rub on a stone and applied 18K acid(see last pic). The rubs from left to right are; the inner lip of the lid, the foot and then an .800 solid silver marked teapot that I have in my inventory. The reaction appears identical on all 3 rubs, even after several minutes(see last pic). Satisfaction 100% Guaranteed.
