    Description

    Antique Ottoman silver pen and ink case "divit"  of typical form with what appears to be an assay mark, an unknown Tugra for an 18th or 19th century Sultan and a makers mark. I can't read Arabic or Ottoman …..expert opinion welcome. Measures approximately 10 1/4 inches. Fine and rare and appears to be 18th or 19th century depending on the exact translations and who the Sultan might be.  Three marks total.....one under ink compartment and two on pen case....see  as close-up a photos as my camera would allow. Additional images available upon request.
    Good  antique condition as described and photographed above.... minor surface wear from age and normal use....otherwise in good decorative order and ready to display.
