The Bahamas 100 Dollar banknote is part of the CRISP series or Counterfeit Resistant Integrated Security Product issued in 2009. Banknotes from this series have security designs specific for each denomination to prevent forgery. This particular paper bill is in uncirculated condition and TAP authenticated. The obverse side features Queen Elizabeth II wearing a tiara and the royal family order of King George VI, a map, and a depth image hologram. The reverse of the banknote depicts a blue marlin fish and the countrys emblem. This 156 x 67 mm paper bill bears a solid security thread and a 3-mm wide windowed security thread with a demetallized BAHAMAS and sand dollar. Moreover, it has a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II with an electrotype 100 and Cornerstones.
