The character or "chop" stamp means "DOUBLE HAPPINESS". Use for sealing envelopes or letters. Very nice pre-owned item. Maybe used once. No issues or problems. Everything is in fantastic condition. No chips or cracks. Bought at Pier 1 Imports. Please see all photos.
