    Since November 2019
    we have been trying to update our ebay email address.  Despite numerous phone calls to ebay support we've always been told "we are aware of it and are working it."  But nothing ever gets fixed.

    s of November 2020 we no longer have access to the old email address and are not getting instant updates to our computers.
    We are checking messages within the ebay system but there will be extra time since checking messages now requires logging into ebay rather than a desktop PC email notifier.  If you work for ebay or know a ebay tech person or ebay executive please pass along our predicament. Thank you
