Measurement should be taken at the fullest part with arms out at shoulder height.

Measurement should be taken at the fullest part of the buttocks.
Girth/Torso
:
Tape measure should start at the top of the shoulder; go down through the crotch, and up the back meeting at the shoulder. Be sure to stand perfectly straight.
