Military Aircraft Clock with 24 Hour Dial - Non Working

Aircraft Clock
I don't know much about this piece. It came in a lot of parts from a watchmaker. It has a 24 hour dial but has no crown or winding device. It is built with a slight slant so I am sure it was mounted in an aircraft dash of some kind. Other than the serial number on the side I see no other markings. The crystal does have some scratches but the dial is perfect. Obviously for parts or repair. Measures about 25mm from lug to lug. Pictures are very representative.
