    This listing is for a designer sample, I think it is not finished and the bottom and if you needed a cute and inexpensive tap costume, I would just cut it off even and let it be a short dress. Size is small adult, length from underarm to the bottom along the side is 27". The model is showing the fabric and how nicely it stretches, you can make leotards out of this velvet spandex. The collar on this item is a foil that is a non stretch in bright silver, the front has a double petal . Since this item was never put into production, I cannot provide a catalog shot of it.
