If you have a problem or need to return an item, please contact us through eBay. If the box was not opened, the shipping back cost to our facility is in recipient’s responsibility. In addition, we will withhold 10% restocking fee and original shipping cost. If the box was opened, the item was not used, the recipient will be charged 20% restocking fee, and original shipping cost. The return shipping will be recipient’s responsibility. All of the issues with our items have to be reported to us within 48 hours after receiving the package we will cover the shipping cost. If the issue was reported after 48 hours, it is recipient’sresponsibility to cover shipping cost to us. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and arrive to our facility within 7 days of receiving the product.
