    Description:
    A nice very fine or better banknote from the Bahamas. This is the four shillings No Date banknote issued by the Bahamas Government. The note is undated but was first introduced in 1953. It is green on multicolored underprint on the front. The front of the note shows a sail ship in a circular frame to the left and the image of a young queen Elizabeth to the right. The back is green in color and depicts arms to the left and denomination to the right. The front displays the denomination, and three signatures with the right-hand signature being that of P. Bethel making it Pick Number 13c, which was introduced in 1961. This particular note has the serial number A/5 678770 printed in black twice on the front but not on the back. The note has a security thread left of center but no watermark. This is a very nice note to add to your collection.
