This is vintage Tressy's fashion "Surprise Party" made by American Character in the mid to late 1960's!
It's in EXCELLENT condition!
NO stains!
Fabric is bright and clean - shows light play.
NO seam splits or holes!
All snaps firmly attached!
Rhinestone on scarf is present and securely attached!
Tressy tag is present and securely attached.
Will display beautifully on your vintage Tressy!
