    Description

    This is an original World War Two US Navy and USMC Grumman TBM-3 Avenger Torpedo Bomber Type K-2 Bomb Intervalometer Box.  This intervalometer is rare as it has been modified for Rockets.The K-2 is in good condition .  It is 10 x 5  x 7 inches. The Avenger first saw combat in the famous Battle of Midway in 1942. It was a very successful torpedo bomber seeing action throughout the rest of the war. Avengers were later used as COD aircraft and many were turned into fire bombers. Today there are still many TBM-3 Avengers flying the airshow circuit.  Payment is expected within 10 days of auction closing. We accept  Paypal in US dollars only.
